It's all about listeningWhen a child falls it, before he or she cries, listens to see if mum or dad is nearby. Then the child makes the nocise That's how we need to communicate We need to slisten Middleeast, do they listen? Or just shout? Is there a need? Should public transport in sweden get on twitter? Maybe the noice is to loud that all you CAN do is listen. Then it's better to talk where you can be heard There is no longer a point in standing on rooftops shouting, cause on the rooftop next door somebody else will stand and shout even louder . if you listen first, what that other person is shouting about - you'll be able not only not to have to shout louder but to shout the right thing. Communication is all about shut up and listen. That's makes you a good communicator. If you can't listen, you can't be in this business. Gone are the times where loudest were the strongest. Today, the smartest will survive. And if you listen - you'll always have an advantage. -- Anders Aker This message may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
